The Single-Origin Pour-Over Experience
We treat coffee as a craft. We source premium, 100% organic Arabica beans in large, exclusive batches from regions like Brazil, Honduras, Colombia, and Ecuador. We roast these beans weekly to perfectly capture their distinct tasting notes—favoring rich chocolate and caramel profiles with bright, fruity aftertastes. While pour-over is a slow, sensory process, our expert baristas are trained to batch-brew 3 to 5 cups simultaneously, ensuring a steady, fast-moving line without ever sacrificing quality.
The Signature Iced Matcha Bar
Alongside our artisan coffee, we feature a highly requested, fast-paced Iced Matcha Bar. We use premium Micro Ingredients Organic Matcha—a first-harvest, culinary-grade green tea powder that is vibrant and smooth. To keep service lightning-fast, our baristas expertly shake the matcha and pour it directly over ice and milk, creating a stunning visual layer. Guests can elevate their matcha with our house-made and enhanced flavor pairings, including Sweet Strawberry, Fresh Lavender, Enriched Vanilla, and Aromatic Rose.

Curated Menus & Seamless Service
To keep your event flowing smoothly, we design and display a beautifully styled custom menu directly on the station. This allows guests to read the distinct tasting notes of our weekly roasts and browse the signature iced matcha flavors before they step up to order. By default, our single-origin coffees are served black so guests can truly appreciate the nuanced flavors, but whole and alternative milks are always available upon request.
